This year we have decided to take on a half marathon as a family to raise as much money as possible for Acorns Children’s Charity. It currently costs £11 million a year for Acorns to run their care services and in the past year they have supported 787 children and their families. However,  Acorns rely heavily on communities to fund activities so with a little bit of help from us all we can continue to make a difference to people’s lives.
