Given the current environmental concerns, Digby and I are aware that asking all of you lot to fly out to France for our wedding is a little 'naughty'. In order to assuage our collective guilt, the best gift you could give us is for your help to fund a World Land Trust project, which protects the remaining Asian elephants in India. The World Land Trust is working with the Wildlife Trust of India to create a network of forest corridors which will enable the elephants to move safely between protected areas, thereby avoiding human-elephant conflict.
