WEAR A BLUEBELL BADGE TO THANK AND SUPPORT OUR NHS

The beautiful bluebell symbolises hope, gratitude and everlasting love!

Bluebells are one of our best-loved British flowers. And right now, our woodlands have come to life in a sea of blue, spreading joy at a time of uncertainty.

So, let’s all wear our badge and create bluebells to show our thanks and support to all the dedicated NHS staff and volunteers. Make them out of felt, material, paper, face paint or knit them – get creative. And, if you have kids, get them to join in, they’ll love it. Please follow @BluebellAppeal and tag your posts and photos #BluebellAppealfortheNHS on social media to share the campaign.

And please, if you can, donate some money here. All funds generated will go to member NHS Charities supporting the health and emotional wellbeing of those at the frontline of the NHS, so they can deliver the best care possible to coronavirus patients.

The grants will cover above and beyond what the NHS alone can provide, such as wellbeing packs, accommodation, travel, parking and volunteer expenses. Supporting the longer term mental and rehabilitation of NHS staff, volunteers, patients and carers after the pandemic is over. Supporting NHS patients to leave hospital quickly and safely and to remain or stay out of hospital.
