A full day cycle ride off the back of a 12 hour flight and zero training beforehand? You bet I'm in!

I've taken the possibly reckless decision to join my Dad on a ride from London to Brighton, without ever having ridden a bike for longer than 90 minutes, and without any opportunity to do any practice or preparation beforehand.

Is 30 the age where I finally learn to take this health stuff a little more seriously? Well, until we find out, these MSF guys do a pretty good job of this health stuff and are a very good group to help out.
