Shooting Star Children's Hospices supports babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families across London and Surrey. These hospices provide incredible services to hundreds of families each year, whether that be symptom management, face-to-face therapy, end-of-life bed nights to name a few. Being able to fundraise for such a worthy cause means the world to me because Shooting Star gives the children and their families a chance to make memories that last forever.
