Hannah's son Theo had SMA type 1, and died in July 2014. We wanted to raise money for the Nottingham Hospital Community Nursing team who supported Jon & Hannah as they cared for Theo at home. The team gave invaluable practical support, and showed huge amounts of love and care for Jon, Hannah and Theo.

Theo showed such bravery and tenacity in his short life. Hannah and Rosie wanted to do something that in a small way, reflected something of his incredible spirit.

Any funds we raise will go directly to the Community Nursing Team, enabling them to help more families in Nottingham who are caring for their children at home.
