What makes this trip particularly special is that in the words of Sister Sledge... 'we are family'... a big sis and two little brothers - ironic really as Amie is only 5'2" and the other are 6'.

This page is shared between us all and together we are taking on the epic 290 mile London to Paris Bike Ride. While Amie has done it before (not necessarily an advantage - she knows what is coming and is already regretting the six months she had out of the saddle after last time...), the other members of the team are true long ride virgins.

Training for this is a massive commitment, hours and hours in the saddle and significant financial cost in setting up the equipment for the ride itself. We think it's worth it and hope you all do too.

SASBAH is a fantastic, but still not very well known local charity who supports both the families of and those with Spina Bifida and/or Hydrocephalus. You can find out more about them at http://www.sasbah.org.uk/.
