For the whole of 2022, The Park Club are supporting Mind UK, a Charity focused on helping those with mental health problems.

Each year, 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem, and we want to help support Mind who believe that 'no one should have to face a mental health problem alone'  

From February 7th a group of Park Club members have challenged themselves to walk 1 Million Steps for Mind in just 12 weeks.
