Isabel Hospice are a charity that do some incredible work for patients and families in Hertfordshire. They care and support those who are terminally ill and help them live as well and as long as possible. Currently they care for 1400 patients and 700 family members. They are unspoken heroes. 

 I am partaking in Trek Mont Blanc to help raise as much money as I can to support their amazing work. Please donate to this cause so they can continue to help those in need for free.
