Our nice, kind, funny, loving Grandad lived with dementia for several years, until he passed away in October 2023. He was the best. 

To have witnessed this cruel disease slowly taking the life of a man we love so so much was one of the hardest and saddest things we’ve been through. One thing is for sure though, he never lost his infectious smile! 

So here we are, two silly sisters trekking 26 miles (a full on marathon!) around London, trying to raise funds for Alzheimer’s Society, a charity that provides support, care and guidance to those suffering with the disease and their family and friends. 

We know that times are tricky at the moment and there's not much spare money, but if you would like to donate, we would appreciate it so much. 

The target Alzheimer’s Society gave us is £600 (£300 per person), but anything we raise will make a difference. Don't forget to gift aid your donation if you’re a tax payer!
