In memory of Simon Miller
We are the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) and we're leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.

Story

We are Jack, Ryan, Daniel and Luke - The Quadruplets (if we had a YouTube channel) and Alexandra - age 10 and 11 and are in Year 6.  We would like to run, between us, the distance from North Cumbria to Southern England ...  and if we are really energetic maybe to another country!  Our aim is to do 2-3 miles each, per day, during the next 4 weeks of lockdown.

Daniel lost his Dad, Alexandra her uncle, Simon, during the last lockdown. Daniel’s brother and sister, Jenson and Kylah and cousins Aiden and Ashleigh will run alongside their siblings for support.  Simon was everything to his friends and family. You’d never know he struggled. This is why we need charities like CALM - they are so important. It’s good to talk and it’s important to listen.

Although we can try to support Daniel, his brother Jenson, sister Kylah and of course mum Emily and their family in other ways, we decided we wanted to do something to raise awareness and funds and to challenge ourselves and each other over the next 4 weeks.

We will keep you updated and track our distance on a map so you can see our progress and whereabouts.

Please donate.
