Hi guys - I am running a 10K all for charity (Barts Hospital) again.
Get yer pennies oot - however much it may be - every little helps- though 5, 10 or more quid is nice price Sir.I have been training like a pro this year.Dawn runs, fancy iPhone gadgets that tell me how awesome I am (not).Complete abstinence from chip rolls and Irn Bru. Even doing some real stretch routines.So I am going for some speedy Reidy 'PB' shizzle. Watch this space for my final time!
