So if you really know me, besides my love of a food, I loveeee to talk (ask my Year 2 teacher, who made me spend a whole year sat alone due to my talkativeness).  

As a challenge to myself and to help those who have fallen foul to homelessness, I am going to embark on a 9 hour day of SILENCE. No chatter, no instant messaging - nothing, so I hope you can sponsor me.

My chosen charity is Caritas Anchor House -  a Catholic homelessness charity based in Newham. They provide residential and life-skills support for single homeless adults. Their mission is to ensure that those who walk through their doors grow in confidence and move towards leading independent, self-fulfilling lives by providing education, guidance and personal rehabilitation.
