During these uncertain times, lockdown has seen many of us increase our daily exercise in an effort to keep fit and healthy. Exercise is not only good for keeping you physically fit but is a fantastic way to boost your mental wellbeing too! This got us to thinking, why not put these extra miles to good use and raise as much money as possible for SAMH, a charity very close to our hearts here at SWE.
The goal between us is to walk 1000* miles in the month of June with a weekly tally going out to the team to keep us motivated. So, whilst we are out pounding the streets and strolling the beaches, please help to support our efforts by donating to this fantastic cause.
* As of the 9th of June, we have upped our target to 3000 miles! Wish us luck!
