We are helping the British Heart Foundation to fund research to keep your heart beating and blood flowing properly. Whether it is heart failure, stroke or vascular dementia, we are out to beat it. 

On 4th December at 9am Dr.Frank is going to walk. His little feet will muscle through 5km, joining the BHF and Stonegate pub group in the Santa run supported by his comrades at The Speaker.
