Myself & my 2 children Kelson (5) & Eboni (5) are taking part in Race for Life in memory of our Mum & Nanny who sadly left us on the 20th May 2013. At 56 years old she was taken from us far to soon by this incurable disease.

Kelson & Eboni understand why we are taking part and are excited to race and hoping to raise lots of money so (in their words) "a medicine can be found, it's too late for nanny but we can help others"

If we can continue to support & help raise money, it gets us that one step closer to finding a cure. Most importantly we get to spend the time with our loved ones that we are suppose too. My children & my mum missed out on their quality time together, little things like Nanny taking them to the park, Dinner at nannies, sleepover at Nannies, Going shopping, Nanny picking them up from school & the list can go on.  My mum would always tell me how it upsets her that she cannot spend quality time with her grandchildren.
