Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Mental health will always be a prominent issue.  In todays times, even more so.  I myself am travelling a journey through a mental health storm.  I'm lucky though,  my storm has been caught, and we're trying to tame it.  Some people aren't as lucky as I have been so far.  I want to raise the significant figure target so that Mind can continue to provide advice and support; raise awareness, fight and campaign to improve services whilst also promoting understanding and respect for all aspects of Mental Health.

I, along with a good friend and colleague, Lee Spencer will tour the County of Cheshire on pedal cycles, starting and finishing at the Police Headquarters in Winsford, visiting our various Police Stations along the way.

The route currently stands at 138miles.  The route will be completed in one gargantuan effort, with the spirit of mental health in our minds.

If you can spare some money for this charity, it will go straight to the organisation.  Your help will go straight to my heart and mind.
