Story
At the start of this second lockdown the four of us ( Max Read, Louie Shaw, Harry Wren and Jack Charters) have decided to embark on a sporting challenge. We will be running in aid of mental health due to it being such a prominent issue in current times particularly during lockdown when people are more vulnerable and suicides have increased. As the four of us have been heavily involved in sport throughout our life we will be running for the charity sporting minds that provides 1 to 1 support for sporting athletes aged 16-30 struggling with mental health. Our running challenge will be running 569.1 kms (142.3 kms each)in a month representing the 5691 lives lost to suicide in 2019 in the UK. This will average out as just over 4.5k kilometres a day for 30 days.
To check on our progress we will provide daily updates on instagram @the_trailblazers4 and will be posting weekly updates on the just giving page!
Any donations would be much appreciated to help reach our target !
