For some, approaching 30 may be a call to slow down, put your feet up and take life a little easier... not us! Jo and Eva are going to get out the lycra, jump on our bikes and ride the 66 mile course around the Solent coast for two very good reasons:

A) To ensure that the 30 year sag does not set in too soon!

B) To raise money for a very worthy cause
