When my mother passed away in April 2011 my sister and I were understandably both very sad, lost and confused. Losing a close loved one at such a young age is a deeply traumatic experience but SeeSaw provided us with amazing support through their counselling service. They helped us to process how we were feeling and adjust to our new reality and for that I will always be grateful. 

I am running the Manchester Half Marathon on October 9th and raising money for such an amazing charity will give me the inspiration I need to go out and train properly.
