I'm taking part in the Camino de Finisterre for The Alzheimer Society of Ireland to support those living with dementia in Ireland. 

This charity is dear to my heart because of my Mothers illness and the effect it had on her, and also the whole family , Alzheimers Ireland do a great job in supporting people needing help, and also in research to find medical assistance for this illness, which has effected so many familys just like ours.
