Having successfully completed our London to Brussels cycle in 2022, we've decided it would be great to continue the route through to Amsterdam in 2023! 

MND has had a lot of media coverage in recent months but this disease still isn't being given attention and focus it needs. We've selected MNDA as our chosen charity to try and help those living with and fighting MND, by fundraising to support their work and research. 

As always, every penny goes direct to our chosen charity and any donation will be hugely appreciated.
