Myself and 3 others will be taking on the challenge of the Spartan Beast Obstacle race in the Scottish Hills on the 25th of September 2021. This will be a brutal test our fitness and mental determination to complete as it is very different to a normal road run. It is 21k minimum with 30 obstacles minimum. 

I will be doing this in memory of my dad Jack Keating to raise money for the Irish Heart Foundation which is a charity very close to me and does all of the below:
