Shooting Star CHASE is a brilliant children’s hospice service which cares for children and families with life-limiting conditions. SSC are there every step of the way from diagnosis to end-of-life care as well as post-bereavement for parents, siblings’ and families whose lives have been changed forever

With no long-term government funding, the charity relies solely on donations and the money they receive goes to helping families who really need it.  Please give what you can.
