The Tour 21 in 2024 will see a team of 25 amateur cyclists take on all 21 stages of the 2024 Tour de France route, one week ahead of the professional race - with the aim of raising over £/$1million for Cure Leukaemia.

Story

In June 2024, I will embark on an ambitious challenge: cycling through the first week of the Tour de France stages to support Cure Leukaemia.

This will involve covering a distance of 1133 kilometres. As part of 'The Tour 21' initiative for Cure Leukaemia, I, along with 23 other amateur cyclists, will be taking on the daunting Tour de France route, completing it a week ahead of the professional riders.

Throughout this journey, I'll be documenting my experiences and sharing updates.

I deeply appreciate any and all donations, which will contribute significantly to this important cause.

Cure Leukaemia fund research nurses at 15 hospitals across the UK. These roles form the Trials Acceleration Programme (TAP) network giving patients, from a catchment area of 30m, access to potentially life-saving treatments through clinical trials, with plans to fund a paediatric network on the way.
