Story
Hi everyone thank you for visiting my JustGiving page.
On July 10th, I will be braving the lycra onesie to compete in the Cotswold Classic Half Ironman 70.3 for the Beer Harris Memorial Trust (BHMT). This means a daunting 1.9km swim, 90km cycle and 21km run.
BHMT was inspired by the lives of Dr Dominic Beer and Joseph Harris and they fund raise to support community projects, raise awareness and facilitate research in order to promote improved mental health in two groups of people: adults suffering from Severe and Enduring Mental Illness and young adults.
