I am undertaking this Skydive and half marathon in support of the Maddi Foundation as my family and I had the great pleasure of meeting Maddi and her family during one of her many hospital trips. We were touched by her strength, resilience and determination, but moreover, her ability to reach out and help others despite her own challenges. Her wonderful family are working tirelessly to try and ensure SPG15 (Spastic Paraplegia Gene 15) can be fully researched and one day have a cure.
