Hi, MSF Movs consisting of a team of 5 will be using Spin Bikes to cover 50 miles each over the week of July 25th-31st to raise funds for RAFA to thank them for the valuable services the provide to RAF service personnel and their families past and present.

Our aim is to raise as much as we can so RAFA can continue to provide their services to RAF service personnel, veterans and their families for many years to come.
