I am running the Chicago Marathon in 2020.  I am self funding the trip and I do not have a charity place.  A few kind people approached me and offered to sponsor me to run it and so I decided to set up a page.  All the money donated goes directly to Helping Hand.

I work at the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children.  The charity for the hospital is called “Helping Hand” and they are fantastic.  Helping Hand charity was established to provide the best equipment, to fund research, education and to support the immediate needs of children and their parents at the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children.

By supporting Helping Hand, you will be helping to purchase vital new equipment to diagnose and treat the hospital’s young patients, to provide facilities and services for families and to fund research into children’s illnesses.
