Shine is not a household name. Had our son never been diagnosed with Spinabifida, I almost certainly would still not know who they are, so even if you are unable to donate, hopefully you can help to spread awareness.

Fortunately for us, our son has exceeded all expectations in life so far, thanks to ground breaking in utero surgery pre birth and a heavy dose of bloody mindedness, however some are not so lucky. 

So I shall be breaking my typical once every 6 weeks run routine and completing a minimum of 12 x 5k runs before Christmas day.
