Story
This October, I’ll be taking on 90 miles for Mind.
Mental health is something very close to me. I’ve lost family members to suicide, and I know friends and family who live with the many other mental health challenges which they battle daily.
These struggles are often hidden, unseen by those around us — which is why it’s so important that we speak up, share how we feel, and encourage more open conversations.
Mind is there when people feel they’ve run out of options, offering support, resources, and a voice for change.
Every mile I complete is for the people we’ve lost, for those still struggling, and for a future where no one feels alone. If you’re able to, please sponsor me — your support will make a real difference. 💙
