Thomas Cruxton is raising money for Alzheimer's Society

Story
In September 2015 my dad lost his battle with Alzheimer's. This had followed a tough 2 years of watching him deteriorate and suffer from the disease.
It is such a cruel disease that affects the lives of so many sufferers but also the families of those affected. This society helps those who need it through these difficult times and is also involved in research for finding a cure.
Every £100 that is raised could pay for a person with dementia or their carer to attend peer support sessions for one month, where they can meet others in a similar situation and share stories and advice. So if I hit the target that is 3 months of incredible help for those affected which could make such a difference to those people's lives!
I really would appreciate any money that you have spare as it is going to such a worthwhile cause so many many thanks in advance.
