Hi, 

Myself, Andrew & Alasdair (AKA the Three Amgios) are taking on the challenge of walking, running or Cycling 250 miles in June with somekind of Mountain walk being carried out by Myself & Alasdair ( again a big challenge for me at least) 

I am also taking on #Challenge12, 12 reps of different exercises this is to raise money to transform treatments and everyone living with kidney disease.

This is a charity very close to our hearts as we would not have our Dad today if it was not for Kidney research. My Dad had a kidney transplant over 30 years ago and what has been achieved research wise has been amazing Kidney patients spend around 12 hours every week on dialysis. We challenge you to join #TeamKidney and fundraise in 2023
