I'm taking part in Tough Mudder on the 21st of June with a team from work.  Different teams all over the UK from different areas of Three UK are running in each of the UK Tough Mudders, 2 of the guys are running all of them eeekkk!!!!!

This is a big challenge for me and an even bigger one as i'm the team leader for the Scottish retail team.   Please please please help me raise £200 towards the £20,000 target its for a great cause Dimentia UK and like last year your generosity motivated me to train hard and finish the event.  I think i will need all the motivation i can get as this is my toughest challenge yet.  Thank you in advance
