In September 2021 (originally September 2020), the "three amigos" Adam, David and James will be taking part in the London Duathlon in Richmond Park.  This involves a bike ride, sandwiched between a couple of runs. Apparently, although the component parts are quite do-able, the transitions from running to cycling, and back again, are challenging.

We will be running and cycling in memory of Eloise Land and her aunt Penny, as well as the many other young people including close friends of Eloise, who have been lost far too soon as a result of mental illness. We will also be raising funds for Young Minds to help support young people and their families who are currently dealing with mental health challenges.

Eloise enjoyed riding her bike and taking part in sponsored runs, so we're hoping to have a bit of her spirit alongside us to help us climb those South West London hills.
