Story
So who are we and what are we doing?
We are a bunch of slightly intrepid but very eager mental health workers who for some unknown reason decided to set ourselves the challenge of doing the 'Three Peaks' this year.....
For those of you who haven't heard of it before, the Three Peaks Challenge involves attempting to climb the three highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales - Ben Nevis (1,344m), Scaffell Pike (978m) and Snowdon (1,085m) - all within 24 hours. Thats a phenomenal 27 miles and 3000m of ascent. Not mentioning the added challenges of sleeping on a bus, coping with unpredictable weather conditions, cooking al fresco and trying to get along with work colleagues whilst spending 24 exhausting hours in their company!
So whilst we're subjecting ourselves to this blood, sweat and tears.....what are we asking from you? Press the button, and please donate a few quid to Hafal.
