* We're ecstatic to say we did it! Every man made it down within the recognised target time of 24 hours.
* Having been battered by the winds on Ben Nevis and then completely soaked in the early hours on Scafell Pike, we dreaded being burnt to a crisp on Snowdon. Instead we endured a vertical climb that pushed our legs to the limit.
* It's not too late to donate! This page will be open until the end of August, so do please continue to make your contributions.
* We also have to say a huge thankyou to our support drivers (Stuart, David and John) whose sterling efforts on the road ensured we stayed in touch of our target. This was truly a team effort in all senses.
* Knowing that our endeavours are supporting a worthy charity in the Pepper Foundation gave us a lot of encouragement. Thank you for all your messages of support.
* The Pepper Foundation provides care and assistance to seriously ill children (often life-limiting or terminal situations) as well as supporting their families through these stressful periods. The charity focuses on families in the Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire area.
* Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - We raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
