Memory Walk 2021
Campaign by Alzheimer's Society (RCN 296645)
This year thousands of people will walk united, against dementia. With your help, we aim to raise as much money as possible to help anyone affected by dementia.

Story

Every three minutes someone in the UK develops dementia. That's the equivalent of around 225,000 people every year. By taking part in Memory Walk you are helping us walk for a dementia free future and help people affected by dementia. Once you donate, JustGiving will send your money directly to Alzheimer's Society. Let's take on dementia together!

Thurrock Dementia Action Alliance (DAA) is walking through Thurrock on Saturday 25th September 2021 to raise awareness and vital funds for Alzheimer's Society.

The main aim of Thurrock DAA is to meet the needs of those living with dementia and their carers, friends and families within Thurrock knowing they can live their lives with access to the services and support they need to fully participate in community life.

Thurrock DAA are dedicated to highlighting the issues that are important to people affected by dementia to ensure the work they commit to is what is desired in the local community.
