You're support for this charity is very much appreciated as it is a charity that is close to my heart. 

My name is Tia; as a sufferer of mental illness myself I found lots of support from friends, family, teachers and coaches but i found most support with a friend of mine called T.J who was also a sufferer of mental illness. As we were both so similar in dealing with the same problems we both found support and comfort in each other and this held us togther through the bad and too often life changing times.

Sadly though, despite a network of support, T.J passed away on the 18th of July 2011 through taking his own life.

T.J was a great friend, brother, and son and will always remain part of our lives despite his absense. T.J was a keen musican, artist and rugby player.

Even though it has been 2 years since his passing, now seems the right time to really do something about supporting a charity that helps thousands of people a year with mental illness.
