Story
Running The Distance
On the 15th September, I will be running the Bristol half marathon for the second time, but this time I am running for a purpose and that is to raise money supporting OTR, a Bristol mental health charity, who support and help young adults from aged 11-25 with free, confidential services and projects.
To support their mission to help those in need of mental support, makes this run not only inspirational but truly meaningful, as I have experienced many mental challenges throughout my life too and have found running to be one of many avenues that have spread bright light to something once negative, to something positive.
This is a big challenge, but something I will conquer, as I want to spread a powerful message and to help OTR with their amazing work on impacting lives. If you would like to donate, the link to the fundraiser is below, I really would appreciate it, as it is all going towards a positive cause. Thank you, #ChangeYourRoutine
