What a challenge - Running a Marathon - in Sierra Leone - I'm really nervous. Technically I should put if off till next year and give myself a chance to train, but why not be part of a great adventure this year?  As well as a physical challenge it'll be emotional - as I was last in Sierra Leone visiting my dad some thirty odd years ago and I'm lucky to be able to return now.  

I'm getting involved with Street Child Sierra Leone as they are doing some amazing work reconcilling children with their famiies or communities or settling them in to alternative loving environments.

I've been doing Shaun T's Insanity Training Programme and he says 'Dig Deep'.  When I started it a couple of months back, I had no idea that I was going to be 'Digging this Deep' on the 26th May!
