Sunday 5th April I was planning to set off to cycle around Ireland for Charity. A mission of 1,100 miles over 10 days. 

Given the world situation it was obviously cancelled. I decided to do something a little different and do an indoor 6 hour spinathon on Sunday to raise money for the incredible NHS who are out there fighting on the front line to save our country.
