Fundraising for PWRR BENEVOLENT FUND
Story
The Tigers Memorial Wall
It has been agreed by the Regimental Council to build a Memorial Wall for all Officers & soldiers that have served with the Regiment.
It will act as a centre piece for individuals, families and friends who wish to remember those that have been Killed in action, died on Operations and died whilst in service, injured in the line of duty and honour, recognise and thank all Tigers Past and Present who have served under the Colours.
The aim of this fund raising page is to help contribute to the overall cost of the wall.
The Wall will be built by veterans of the Regiment in Canterbury, The Home of the Tigers, on the Memorial Garden located in Leros Barracks.
The PWRR want to raise the money for this project and not use the soldiers benevolent fund because we believe that every penny raised for our soldiers welfare should be used for exactly that.
