A big hello and thanks for visiting my Just Giving Page.
On 15th October 2011 I created an image similar to that of Bridget Jones by throwing myself out of a plane at 10,000 ft in a jump suit in memory of Libby O'Brien. Sadly beautiful Libby was taken from us just aged 2 years and 8 months in 2009. My daughter Olivia is privileged to be friends at school with Libby's older brother, Ben and it was an absolute honour for me to jump in her memory.
Claire House provides care for children with life threatening or life limiting conditions, as well as providing support for affected families in Merseyside, Cheshire, North Wales and the Isle of Man. Claire House is a registered charity that relies entirely on the help and generosity of people in the region for all of its income and running costs.
Please dig deep for this amazing charity and together we can make a huge difference to so many children and their families. The support that they have provided to Libby's parents, Pip and Dave and her brother Ben has been truly amazing.
I had the most exhilarating and exciting experience of my life, thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the crazy adventure in memory of Libby. The weather conditions were perfect, the sky was incredibly clear, the sun was shining and we had fabulous wind pockets to tumble around on. My stomach went from my feet to my throat and back again several times but I couldn't stope laughing and smiling the whole time. We had a perfect land all be it with a few bruises but absolutely worth every one of them and there's a few! I would do it again and again for Claire House without question, it was a truly life changing experience and I would encouarage anyone to do it.
Thanks so much for all your support
Linda xx
