I am doing this ride for LOROS, not only for the wonderful work on the inpatient ward, but also for the work of the Community Nurse Specialist team, who provide palliative care to patients and families in their own homes.

As a family we have had experience of the great care LOROS provides to patient and families at a very difficult time, which we will never forget.

LOROS is a charity which needs to raise a minimum of £6million a year to deliver the services that help people with cancer and other life limiting conditions.

Due to Covid the bike ride to Skeggy has been cancelled, so now I am doing "Go the distance for LOROS", which will be the same 90mile distance but around the roads of Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire
