Comm-Tech Voice & Data are raising money for Norfolk & Waveney MIND. All of our employees are involved and are constantly exercising on a daily basis (sometimes hourly!)

As part of this challenge, there are a group of 11 Norfolk based businesses who will be collectively travelling 6,000km over the course of a month by cycling, running, walking and swimming. They will be sharing their activity across social media so follow #CharityRelayRace to keep up to date.

It’s 6,000 km as it would have been the 6th year of running the quiz. Last year they raised £5,000, so this year they would of had a target of £6,000 - so they thought it only fitting.
