As you may or may not know, I'm running 2 x 10K's in 1 month. Why? Because I'm a nutter! Well, long term its because I'm doing a sky dive later this year which I have to lose weight for, short term I'm just a rather charitable fellow and am doing it for the lovely Dora and her charity Fairbridge - a worthy cause trying to get young people on the straight and narrow.
