I've not shaved since we left the office to start working from home in March 2020 and now have quite the beard to show for it.

Throughout that time I've made choices to avoid doing some things I enjoy, like being out on the water, whilst the world battles the ongoing pandemic. 

For a leisure sailor, this choice was something I had the option to make, unlike the RNLI volunteer crews who answered the call, whenever it comes. 24-7, 365 they respond, regardless.

I've grown quite attached to my lockdown beard (or it has to me) but I'm happy to lose it if I can raise some funds for a great organisation in the process.
