We are doing a long distance kayak along the canal. We will be practicing and working up to this for some months as we are both total novices to kayaking.
We are doing this for Invest in ME after my big sister was hit with this horrid illness age 14 and became very poorly. M.E is a multi-system disease, affecting not only the neurological system but also the immune, musculoskeletal, endocrine (hormonal) and cardiovascular systems. It’s life changing in short with quality of life generally worse than someone with end stage cancer.
