I am participating in Tough Mudder on 21st September 2013. 

'PROBABLY THE TOUGHEST EVENT ON THE PLANET'

For those of you unfamiliar with the concept of this challenge, it is a 13 mile obstacle course constructed by the British Special Forces, designed to test both physical and mental strength and stamina. Just to give you a taste, it involves swimming through ice water, running through a cage of live electrical wires and (you guessed it) an abundance of mud. My pledge to you is that if I reach my target of £250, I will attempt this obstacle course TOPLESS. Tough Mudder also pledge to donate an extra £30 to the cause if your fundraising target is met, taking the potential total to £280.

I am raising money for the Help for Heroes campaign 'Wounded Warrior Project', which focuses on raising awareness and aiding the needs of injured service members.
